Coffee America USA Corporation is now Sucden NY Corp.
Sucden is pleased to announce that Coffee America USA Corporation has now become Sucden NY Corp. The name change reflects the natural integration of Coffee America’s Cocoa and Coffee activities into the wider Sucden Group and brand over the last few years.
Coffee America USA Corporation, including General Cocoa as its cocoa division, has now become Sucden NY Corp.
The Sucden Group has consolidated its Cocoa and Coffee business in the USA since the takeover of Coffee America USA Corporation in 2014 and it is now time for Coffee America USA Corporation – along with its cocoa division, General Cocoa – to formally join the Sucden naming galaxy by becoming Sucden NY Corp.
This name change consolidates and strengthens our approach to doing business across our offices around the world under the Sucden brand.
Existing business operations and contractual arrangements, including bank details, will remain unchanged.
Going forward, and due to the strong reputation of the Coffee America and General Cocoa brands in the US markets, they will continue to exist as brand divisions of Sucden NY Corp.
