Sucden appoints a Senior Advisor, Cocoa Sustainability
Sucden has appointed Jeff Morgan as Senior Advisor, Cocoa Sustainability as of September 1, 2019.
Prior to joining the Sucden Group, Jeff Morgan worked for Mars, Incorporated in their chocolate business. With nearly 40 years’ experience in cocoa and chocolate, Jeff is known in the industry for his work in cocoa sustainability. Beginning in the late 1990s, Jeff was part of Mars’ efforts to develop programs to address sustainability challenges in the cocoa sector. Jeff had a key role in the industry’s efforts to prevent child labor and besides his position at Mars he has been active in both the International Cocoa Initiative’s and the World Cocoa Foundation’s sustainability related programs.
Jeff joins the Sustainability team to help accelerate our commitment to developing our sustainable cocoa strategy, initiatives and partnerships and co-creating sustainable programs in the cocoa supply chain.
