The right set of skills

In the business of sourcing and delivering commodities, employment opportunities predominantly lie in trading and operations, finance and risk, as well as in cross-functional roles like IT/systems, market analysis, and project management. Even though we are often drawn to applicants with Master’s degrees from renowned universities or business schools, we readily consider applicants with less traditional backgrounds who have the right mindset, ambition and potential.
